TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Willing & Able Carpet Cleaning website, communications with us, and services provided by Willing & Able Carpet Cleaning (“Willing & Able,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing our website, submitting a form, scheduling an appointment, purchasing services, or otherwise interacting with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
1. Our Services
Willing & Able Carpet Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning and related services, including carpet cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, upholstery cleaning, carpet stretching, and other services described on our website, estimates, invoices, or service agreements.
Services, availability, pricing, promotions, and service areas may change without notice. We may decline or discontinue service when reasonably necessary, including because of safety concerns, unsuitable conditions, abusive conduct, inaccurate information, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
2. Quotes and Pricing
Website prices, advertisements, and telephone estimates are provided for general informational purposes unless expressly identified as a final price.
Final pricing may depend on the size, condition, material, accessibility, treatment requirements, requested services, and actual conditions at the property. If the scope or condition differs materially from the information provided when the appointment was scheduled, we may present revised pricing before beginning the affected work.
Additional services will not be performed without authorization from the customer or an authorized representative.
Promotions and discounts:
May have eligibility requirements or expiration dates;
May not be combined unless expressly stated;
Have no cash value; and
May be modified or discontinued as permitted by law.
3. Appointments and Property Access
You agree to provide accurate scheduling and contact information and to ensure that an adult authorized to approve the work is present or reasonably available during the appointment.
You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the areas being serviced, including access to appropriate utilities when required.
We are not responsible for delays or an inability to complete service caused by inaccessible areas, unsafe conditions, unavailable utilities, pets, construction, undisclosed hazards, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Any cancellation, rescheduling, trip, or minimum-service charges will be disclosed when applicable.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Before service begins, you agree to:
Tell us about known stains, damage, loose flooring, damaged seams, delicate materials, prior repairs, specialty fabrics, or other relevant conditions;
Disclose any hazardous, contaminated, or unsafe materials or conditions;
Secure pets and provide safe access to the property;
Remove fragile, valuable, or breakable items from the work area; and
Follow reasonable preparation and aftercare instructions.
You represent that you own the property or have authority from the property owner to authorize the requested services.
5. Cleaning Results and Existing Conditions
Cleaning results vary based on age, wear, fiber or surface type, prior treatments, permanent staining, discoloration, damage, contamination, and other conditions outside our control.
We cannot guarantee the removal of every stain, spot, odor, discoloration, or contaminant. Some pre-existing damage or wear may become more noticeable after cleaning.
Any express satisfaction guarantee offered by Willing & Able will be governed by the specific terms disclosed with that guarantee. Nothing in these Terms eliminates any written warranty, guarantee, or consumer right that cannot legally be limited.
6. Payment
Payment is due according to the terms shown on the applicable estimate, work order, invoice, or service agreement.
You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the payment method you provide for approved services. You are responsible for applicable charges, taxes, fees, and approved additions to the scope of work.
Unpaid balances may be subject to lawful collection activity and any fees expressly disclosed and permitted by applicable law.
7. Telephone Calls, Text Messages, and Electronic Communications
By providing your contact information, you authorize Willing & Able to respond to your inquiries and communicate with you regarding requested estimates, appointments, services, technician arrival times, scheduling, payments, account matters, customer support, and related service information.
If you separately provide affirmative consent to receive marketing communications, you also authorize Willing & Able and service providers acting on our behalf to send recurring promotional telephone calls and text messages to the telephone number you provided. These communications may use an automatic telephone dialing system, automated technology, or an artificial or prerecorded voice.
Consent to receive marketing calls or text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
You represent that you are at least 18 years old and are the subscriber, customary user, or authorized user of the telephone number you provide. You agree to notify us if your telephone number changes or is reassigned.
Text Message Opt-Out
You may stop text messages at any time by replying STOP. We will also honor other reasonable communications that clearly request that messages stop.
After opting out, you may receive one final message confirming your request. You may receive messages again only if you subsequently provide new consent or initiate a new conversation with us, as permitted by law.
Reply HELP for assistance or contact us at 602-847-5151 or [email protected].
Telephone Call Opt-Out
You may revoke consent to receive marketing or automated telephone calls at any time by:
Telling our representative during a call;
Calling 602-847-5151;
Emailing [email protected]; or
Using another reasonable method that clearly communicates your request.
We will process reasonable opt-out, do-not-call, and consent-revocation requests within the time required by applicable law.
Opting out of marketing communications does not prevent us from responding to a new request you initiate or communicating with you about an existing appointment, transaction, or service when permitted by law.
Call Recording
Telephone calls may be monitored or recorded for training, quality assurance, documentation, and customer-service purposes where permitted by law. When legally required, we will provide notice or obtain consent before recording.
8. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, available at:

Mobile phone information, text-message opt-in data, and communication consent records will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
We may share information with service providers that assist us with scheduling, customer service, telecommunications, text-message delivery, payment processing, website operations, or other business functions. These providers may use the information only as necessary to perform services on our behalf or as otherwise permitted by law.

You may use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not:
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems;
Interfere with the website’s operation or security;
Introduce malware or harmful code;
Use automated systems to scrape or misuse website content;
Impersonate another person;
Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information; or
Use the website in a way that violates applicable law.
We may restrict or terminate access to the website when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
10. Intellectual Property
The website and its content—including text, graphics, photographs, videos, logos, branding, designs, and other materials—are owned by or licensed to Willing & Able and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may use the website for personal, noncommercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, sell, or commercially exploit website content without our prior written permission.
11. Third-Party Websites and Services
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or use services operated by third parties, including scheduling, financing, review, mapping, and payment platforms.
We do not control and are not responsible for the content, security, availability, or privacy practices of third-party websites or services. Your use of a third-party service may be governed by that provider’s separate terms and policies.
12. Website Disclaimer
We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that all content will always be complete, accurate, current, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties regarding uninterrupted access, availability, or freedom from technical errors.
Nothing in this section limits an express written service warranty or any right that cannot legally be waived.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Willing & Able will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising solely from your use of, or inability to use, the website.
Claims involving cleaning or other services will be governed by the applicable estimate, work order, invoice, service agreement, written guarantee, and applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
14. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Willing & Able harmless from third-party claims, damages, or expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the website, your material violation of these Terms, or services you requested without authority from the property owner.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any legal proceeding concerning these Terms that may lawfully be restricted to a particular location will be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Maricopa County, Arizona.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the greatest extent legally permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
17. No Waiver
Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce that provision later.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
Changes will not eliminate consumer rights, opt-out rights, or consent-revocation rights provided by applicable law.
